Detailed write-ups of programmes we have delivered — the situation, what we did, and what changed as a result.
The cards below show the shape a finished case study will take. They contain no outcomes or metrics, because publishing invented ones would be worse than publishing nothing.
Client: Name, with written permission, or anonymised.
Situation: What was wrong, or what they were trying to achieve.
What we did: The specific work, in two or three sentences.
Outcome: What changed, with at least one number you can defend.

We are a young consultancy and we would rather show an empty page than a page of invented outcomes. If you want to understand how we work before engaging us, the fastest route is to ask.
On a first call we will walk through a comparable engagement in detail — what the situation was, what we did, what we got wrong along the way — subject to whatever confidentiality applies.
A 30-minute conversation is usually enough to tell you whether we are the right fit.
