All content on this site is owned by or licensed to Interstellar Digital Technologies Pty Ltd and protected by Australian and international copyright law. You may view, download and print pages for your own internal, non-commercial use. You may not otherwise reproduce, republish, adapt or commercially exploit any part of this site without our prior written permission.

5. Acceptable use

You must not use the site for any unlawful purpose; attempt to gain unauthorised access to the site or its server; introduce malware or interfere with the site’s operation; scrape content by automated means other than search engines operating within our robots.txt; or use our contact form to send unsolicited commercial messages.

This site may link to third-party websites for convenience only. We do not control, endorse or accept responsibility for their content, availability or privacy practices.

Nothing in these terms excludes any consumer guarantee or right under the Australian Consumer Law that cannot lawfully be excluded. Subject to that, to the maximum extent permitted by law we exclude all warranties not expressly set out here; we are not liable for any indirect, special or consequential loss, or loss of profit, revenue, data or goodwill, arising from your use of this site; and our total liability arising from your use of this site is limited to AUD $100.

9. Consulting engagements

These terms cover website use only. Consulting services are provided under a separate written engagement agreement covering scope, fees, intellectual property, confidentiality, liability and termination. Where that agreement conflicts with these terms, the engagement agreement prevails in respect of the services.

10. Changes and governing law

We may amend these terms at any time by posting an updated version on this page. These terms are governed by the laws of Victoria, Australia, and you submit to the non-exclusive jurisdiction of its courts.
